Return Requirements
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed.
- All original tags, including Heychic hangtags, must still be attached.
- Items marked as 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for return.
- Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, which must remain in its original condition without any postal labels or damage.
- Handbags sold with a dust bag or special packaging must include these items in their original condition when returned.
- For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Intimates
- Stockings
- Hair accessories
- Hats
- Earrings
- Cosmetic/beauty products (including self-tanners)
- Personal massagers
- Any other hygiene-sensitive items
- Swimwear can only be returned if all hygiene stickers are intact and the item meets the above requirements.
Important Notes
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If your return does not meet the above requirements, it may be sent back to you at your own expense.
