We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns for store credit only.

Return Requirements

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed.
• All original tags, including Heychic hangtags, must still be attached.
• Items marked as 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for return.
• Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, which must remain in its original condition without any postal labels or damage.
• Handbags sold with a dust bag or special packaging must include these items in their original condition when returned.
• For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
  • Intimates
  • Stockings
  • Hair accessories
  • Hats
  • Earrings
  • Cosmetic/beauty products (including self-tanners)
  • Personal massagers
  • Any other hygiene-sensitive items
• Swimwear can only be returned if all hygiene stickers are intact and the item meets the above requirements.

Important Notes

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If your return does not meet the above requirements, it may be sent back to you at your own expense.
