We aim to dispatch orders within two business days. If you require your order within the next 2 days, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over its transit. Please note that the delivery times listed above are estimates and not guaranteed. Heychic is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, especially during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.
If no one is available to receive your package at the delivery address, the carrier will decide if it is safe to leave the package. If not, a notification card will be left with instructions for arranging a re-delivery or picking up your package at the nearest post office.
